For congueros who are accustomed to performing while seated, we’ve created the Salsa Model conga. It has the same features as the Classic Model but with a reduced height of 28". The shell contour is also similar as the Classic, but with a slightly wider bottom which help keeps the drum stable, even during the most aggressive play. It also adds to the drum's low and mid-range tones.
Siam Oak construction with 5/16" diameter tuning lugs. Fiberglass layer added to the inside upper portion of the shell to provide additional strength. Hand-selected natural rawhide skins with LP Comfort Curve II Rims.
