Ritmo Seis is a Rochester, NY, based salsa band led by tresero Freddy Gonzalez, who also wrote most of the original compositions on Palante y Sin Miedo. The band has been playing since 1999 and, on tracks like the sizzling "Herminio," it shows. Check out the groove on the flute-tinged "Te Lo Doy." Vocals by Eddie Gonzalez, Jose "Papo" Gonzalez on bass, Angel Luis Gonzalez on bongo, percussionists Daniel Antonetti and Anthony Labutti, and trombone player Demetrius Bones.
