As it is a very personal album I thought originally that I would not send it abroad, but now I have changed my opinion. Einarsson's new album is, like his previous works, is a series of finely crafted gems with deep shadows, crevices, nuance and color that elevates Latin jazz to a new level. Strengur is a reflective work, and requires patience that will not go unrewarded. I keep finding it back on my stereo system. Very highly recommended. (BP, 2011-11-18)
