Wow, what a great album! This '72 release, originally on the Amor label, is pure smoldering coal from beginning to end. Any material by Orquesta Los Juniors of NY is a very rare find. The group, from Brooklyn, epitomized that raw New York, trombone conjunto, sound. Superb descargas, guaguancos, and salsa. With lots of Riveras: Kike, Susana, José, Sandra, Orlando, and Vivian. Also with Ann Reyes, Virginia Barros and Rafael Melendez. This one, folks, is a collectors Must-Have. Very Highly Recommended! (BP, 2011-12-23)
